Returns & Exchanges

1. GENERALITIES

In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any item of your purchase, we accept returns/exchanges on any items except for "FINAL SALE" items, items must have been unworn or unused. This applies to any product shipped with defects in craftmanship or material. Please contact us at returns@o3garments.com for your return/exchange to be approve. We reserve the right to deny refund or apply a restocking fee to sender without prior return approval. Only unworn or unused items we be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of when item was delivered to you.

2. SHIPPING

Once your return is approved you will receive an email with a prepaid USPS label. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your packing slip. Attached your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing. When your package is ready give it to your mail deliverer, drop it off at your nearest post office, or schedule a free at-home pick-up. 

3. REFUND

All authorized refunds will be 100% credited to your original form of payment. Because you are making your return to us by U.S. mail, we usually receive it within 10–14 business days. Once the item is received, we will process your refund. Depending on your financial institution, you may see that refund on your credit card within 5–7 business days. 

4. RESTOCKING FEE

If the purchase return exceeds US$ 150.00 a 20% restocking fee will be applied on all returnable items within the 30 days of the purchasing date regardless on their condition when returned.
